The guesthouse, a small, attractive restored redbrick building from the turn of the 20th century, is situated in the 2nd courtyard of a Berliner Altbau. In 1996 the former courtyard factory was converted to a guesthouse.

The loft has been converted to a nice apartment with fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower. There are two beds and a bed/sofa with T.V.

The first 3 floors have each two guestrooms with shared bathroom. The rooms can be used as either singles or doubles. With groups it is possible to rent rooms with additional beds. This is also the cheapest possibility.

In Berlin-Mitte, in two high-rise buildings very close to the river Spree and Alexanderplatz, we have other apartments to rent. The buildings were modernised in the 90`s and offer many comforts including own parking and porter/security. Some of the apartments have breathtaking views over Berlin.
